My fellow Floridians,
I stand before you today not as a politician, but as a man who has lived, worked, and struggled alongside you. I know what it means to stretch a paycheck, to worry about the future, and to dream of a Florida that serves all of its people. Together, we can shape that future. My campaign rests on three vital directives, pillars that will restore dignity, prosperity, and unity in our great state.
1. Restoring Agriculture and Self-Reliance
Florida’s foundation has always been its land—its oranges, its sugarcane, its corn, its tomatoes, and its livestock. Agriculture is not just an industry, it is our heritage, our economy, and our lifeline. Yet, in recent years, we have seen disruptions that should trouble us all. Across America, trains carrying vital crops have been delayed, derailed, and destroyed. These disruptions have threatened the food supply for millions of families, and Florida has not been immune.
We cannot afford to be dependent on systems that can fail us. That is why we must restore the homestead focus, encouraging Floridians to grow their own gardens, support local farmers, and create communities that are self-reliant in food resources. When we strengthen our farms, our gardens, and our food supply, we strengthen Florida’s independence and protect our families against future crises.
2. Reforming Prisons Through Rehabilitation
We cannot continue a system where punishment ends, but broken lives continue. Our prisons should not just be places of confinement, they must be places of transformation. Rehabilitation is not weakness; it is wisdom.
By investing in effective rehabilitation programs, we give people a second chance to rejoin society as fathers, mothers, neighbors, and workers. We reduce relapse into crime. We save taxpayer dollars. And most importantly, we give people hope that they can live better lives. True justice is not only about accountability, it is about opportunity for redemption. If we build prisons that heal instead of harden, we build safer communities for all Floridians.
3. No More Living Paycheck to Paycheck
Too many Floridians are working hard and still struggling to make ends meet. Families are watching the cost of housing, food, and gas rise faster than their paychecks. Small businesses, our backbone, are being crushed by red tape, unfair competition, and lack of support.
I am committed to building an economy that works for everyone. That means supporting small businesses, creating equitable infrastructure for families to grow income, and opening new avenues for entrepreneurship. Whether you are a farmer, a shop owner, a tradesman, or a young professional, Florida should be a place where hard work pays off.
We must build an economy where no one is forced to choose between rent and food, where no parent has to work three jobs just to survive, and where every Floridian has the chance to thrive.
Closing: Unity Over Division
My friends, Florida will rise when we rise together. We cannot afford to be divided by politics, by class, or by race. Division only serves those in power who forget that government exists for the people.
We must reject hive mindsets that pit us against one another and instead remember that our strength is in our unity. Together, we can build communities that are resilient, economies that are fair, and a state government that serves your interests, not hidden agendas.
I am here to serve. I am here to remind you that we are better, stronger, when we are together. And with your support, we will restore agriculture, reform prisons, uplift families, and build a Florida where opportunity is not the privilege of the few, but the promise for all.
Thank you, God bless you, and God bless the great state of Florida.
